General Instructions

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING

   Booking your tour is easy!  Just follow the steps below:

1) After reviewing all options under the "Tours" menu, decide which tour and dates your group prefers.

2) Next, please review the "Terms & Conditions" found in the "Booking Form."

3) Next, go to the drop-down menu and click on "Contact Us." Complete and return the Contact Form, so we can schedule a convenient telephone conference to answer your questions and to discuss any special requests or customization of your tour.

4)  After we have discussed your questions and special requests, the tour price will be adjusted, as necessary, and you will receive an email with the quoted price for your tour. (Invoice to follow)

5) Return to the website, select "Booking/Booking Form." You will be asked to read and agree to the "Terms & Conditions of Travel Contract," to sign and date the form, and to complete the "Traveler Information" questions below.  When you have entered your information into all required fields, just click on "Submit Now!" at the bottom of the page.

6) Upon receipt of your Booking Form, we will email your Invoice, which includes a "button" for secure payment via Paypal, using your debit or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover).  YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE PAYMENT. We do not collect nor have access to your debit or credit card information.

7) You will receive "real time" confirmation of payment by email from Paypal.  ALL DONE!

     Travelers are strongly urged to purchase independent travel insurance when booking.  See "Resources/Additional Information" for several links to independent sellers of travel insurance.

     Should you need to request any changes to your selected tour, you must notify us in writing immediately.  We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but such changes may cause a recalculation of pricing, at the Traveler's risk, or even the cancellation of the tour, which may involve forfeiture of all or a portion of any monies you have paid. (See "Terms & Conditions.")

     We may email additional forms to you to complete. For example, if you have selected the Biking Tour, you will be sent a Biker Information Form to assist the technician in preparing your reserved bicycle prior to your custom fitting in Tuscany. You will also receive information regarding different types of bicycles you can reserve.

     We will send you reminders, travel information and notifications by email thereafter, so check your email frequently.

     Whenever you have any questions, please complete the email form provided in the "Contact Us" tab, and we will respond within 24 hours.  

 


Booking Form
